Ils l\u2019appelleront, Novecento. Il grandit dans la salle des machines, dans ce navire qui sillonne l\u2019Atlantique. Il y vivra sans jamais poser le pied \u00e0 terre tant le monde ext\u00e9rieur l\u2019effraie. Peu \u00e0 peu, il fait de son piano son refuge hors du temps. Il joue divinement bien, et devient le plus grand des pianistes. Sa musique repr\u00e9sente sa famille et l\u2019unique espace dans lequel il existe r\u00e9ellement. C\u2019est le voyage d\u2019une vie, d\u2019une \u00e9poque, d\u2019une \u00e9pop\u00e9e que raconte son meilleur ami.
